Hard Copy...I have adapted three of my perforated paper antiques to make this set.  Hattie's small 1859 Sampler, Sarah's Token of Affection Needle Book and a one and a fourth inch square Pinwheel.  I stitched the sampler as the  back of a Huswif that is 9 1/2 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide with a pocket inside and added a Queen Stitch flap and Florentine front.  The hard copy includes copies of the front and back of my huswif.  The set is also available in PDF format for $20.
